Return Policy
At Mochi Foods, customer satisfaction is at the core of our values. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help you through the return process.
Return Eligibility:
- Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Items from the following collections are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns: Retail, Wholesale, Customer Favorites, Limited Edition Hawaii Collection
Return Process:
- To begin a return, kindly reach out to our customer service team at us.orders@mochifoods.com. Our dedicated team will assist you with the necessary steps and any additional information you may require.
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Return Shipping:
- Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- No restocking fees will be applied to any returns.
Exceptions: Should you receive any items that are damaged or defective upon delivery, please report them immediately to our customer service team at us.orders@mochifoods.com for a seamless return and replacement process.
